Global Cache正常运行状态中，可以通过mgrtool工具使用CLI命令对GlobalCache进行控制和检测。
启动mgrtool命令：
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/gcache/lib /opt/gcache/bin/mgrtool
root用户启动mgrtool命令：
sudo -u globalcacheop LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/gcache/lib /opt/gcache/bin/mgrtool
