操作步骤

1. 下载LASTZ安装包“lastz-1.04.03.tar.gz”并上传至服务器“/path/to/LASTZ”目录。

   下载地址：https://codeload.github.com/lastz/lastz/tar.gz/1.04.03

2. 使用SFTP工具将LASTZ安装包上传至服务器“/path/to/LASTZ”目录。
3. 执行以下命令下载算例“hg38.chr4.fa”、“galGal3.chr4.fa”。

   wget http://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg38/chromosomes/chr4.fa.gz -O hg38. chr4.fa.gz
   wget http://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/galGal3/chromosomes/chr4.fa.gz -O galGal3. chr4.fa.gz

4. 使用SFTP工具将算例“hg38.chr4.fa”、“galGal3.chr4.fa”上传至服务器“/path/to/CASE”目录。
