"no such device" Displayed When KAE Is Installed Using RPM Packages

Symptom

When KAE is installed using RPM packages, the error message "modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'hisi_rde': No such device" is displayed.

A possible cause is that KAE hardware devices are not enabled, that is, there is no valid license.
