Added KHSEL enhancements, including the false-positive blocking feature for the Hyperscan multi-pattern matching algorithm, and the backend validation of long rules for the Rose interpreter, and a configuration item for toggling the short-rule bypass algorithm. Updated Introduction, KHSEL_BuildLily, and KHSEL_LilyRunExec, and added Activation.
2025-09-30	This issue is the ninth official release. Optimized the SVE implementations of memcpy and memset in the kpglibc sub-library, and updated Usage Description and memset.
2025-06-30	This issue is the eighth official release. Separated the time function to libkpglibc_time.so, added the memcpy optimization and usage restrictions of the kpglibc sub-library, and updated Verified Environments and Usage Description. Divided KHSEL into the KHSEL_ops and KHSEL_core sub-libraries. KHSEL_ops contains the ReplaceAllAcc interface function that optimizes Flink's replaceALL function implemented in C. KHSEL_core contains the KHSEL_BuildLily and KHSEL_LilyRunExec interface functions to optimize the short-byte rule matching algorithm.
2025-03-30	This issue is the seventh official release. Added the kpglibc sub-library. Added Environment Variables related to the KQMalloc library. Supports 3GPP NGAP encoding and decoding in KSL_ASN1.
