Disabling Smart Prefetch

Stop the prefetch service acache_client.
```
systemctl stop acache_client
```
Check whether the prefetch service (acache_client) is disabled.
```
systemctl status acache_client
```
If information similar to the following is displayed, the prefetch service is successfully disabled:
