Enhancing Three-Element Identity Verification

When a user conducts financial business with an organization A, organization A must first verify the authenticity of the three identity elements (mobile number, ID card number, name) submitted by the user before proceeding with the financial business processing. Organization A needs to verify whether the three elements match those submitted to carrier B.
