运行和验证

操作步骤

1. 使用PuTTY工具，以root用户登录服务器。
2. 执行以下命令进入算例目录。

   cd /path/to/CAFE/CAFExp-5.0b2/examples

3. 执行以下命令运行自带算例。

   ../bin/cafexp -t mammals_tree.txt -i mammal_gene_families.txt -o singlelambda

   运行完成后回显信息如下，以下仅为示例。
