运行和验证

操作步骤

1. 使用PuTTY工具，以root用户登录服务器。
2. 执行以下进入可执行文件的安装目录。

   cd /home/GCE/gce-1.0.2

3. 执行以下命令运行测试。

   time ./gce -g 173854609857 -f test/Achatina_fulica/AF.kmer.freq.stat.2colum

   运行结果如图1所示。
