编译和安装

操作步骤

1. 执行以下命令进入安装包目录。

   cd /path/to/trimmomatic

2. 执行以下命令解压安装包。

   unzip master.zip
   cd trimmomatic-master

3. 执行以下命令编译安装。

   make -j
   make install INSTALL=/path/to/trimmomatic
