1. 打开“java/Makefile”文件。
  1 vi java/Makefile

2. 按“i”进入编辑模式，修改文件190行的Maven仓库地址为https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/。
  1 190 CENTRAL_REPO_URL?=https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/

3. 按“Esc”键，输入:wq!，按“Enter”保存并退出编辑。
