TEEC_InitializeContext(const char *name, TEEC_Context *context)


#### 功能描述

初始化TEE环境。


#### 参数说明

- name：指定需要连接的TEE，一般为空，此时连接默认的TEE。
- context：TEEC_Context类型数据，存储某个TEE上下文信息。
