# 运行和验证

#### 操作步骤

1. 使用PuTTY工具，以root用户登录服务器。
2. 执行以下命令运行FASTA。

```
export PATH
=
/path/to/FASTA/
fasta36-36.3.8h_04-May-2020/bin:$PATH
mpirun --allow-run-as-root -np 96 ../bin/fasta36 -q ../seq/titin_hum.seq
../seq/prot_test.lseg
```


  输出结果示例如下图所示。
