# 安装openJDK

#### 操作步骤

1. 使用PuTTY工具，以root用户登录服务器。
2. 执行以下命令，检查系统是否安装openJDK，如有则跳过3。

```
java -version
```


  FastQC要求openJDK版本需要1.6.0以上，否则可能会出现兼容性问题。

3. 执行以下命令，安装openJDK。

```
yum install java* -y
```
