# 编译和安装

#### 操作步骤

1. 使用PuTTY工具，以root用户登录服务器。
2. 执行以下命令创建主程序安装目录。

```
mkdir -p
/path/to/FASTQC
```


3. 执行以下命令复制安装包至主程序安装目录。

```
cp fastqc_v0.11.9.zip
/path/to/FASTQC
```


4. 执行以下命令进入主程序安装目录。

```
cd
/path/to/FASTQC
```


5. 执行以下命令解压FastQC安装包。

```
unzip fastqc_v0.11.9.zip
```


6. 执行以下命令进入解压后的目录。

```
cd FastQC
```


7. 执行以下命令配置界面显示地址。

```
export DISPLAY=
PC
上可以连接该服务器IP
地址
:0.0
```


8. 执行以下命令验证“fastqc”脚本是否可用。

```
chmod +755
fastqc
./fastqc
```
