#### 操作步骤

1. 下载Jellyfish安装包“jellyfish-2.2.10.tar.gz”。
  下载地址：https://github.com/gmarcais/Jellyfish/releases/download/v2.2.10/jellyfish-2.2.10.tar.gz(https://github.com/gmarcais/Jellyfish/releases/download/v2.2.10/jellyfish-2.2.10.tar.gz)

2. 下载算例文件human_g1k_v37.fasta 。
  下载地址：http://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/technical/reference/human_g1k_v37.fasta.gz(http://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/technical/reference/human_g1k_v37.fasta.gz)

3. 使用SFTP工具将Jellyfish安装包上传至服务器“/path/to/JELLYFISH”目录。
4. 使用SFTP工具将算例文件human_g1k_v37.fasta上传至服务器“/path/to/TESTCASE”目录。
