# 运行和验证

#### 操作步骤

1. 使用PuTTY工具，以root用户登录服务器。
2. 执行以下命令验证。

```
cd /path/to/prottest/prottest-3.4.2-release/dist
cp /path/to/prottest/phyml_install/bin/phyml ./dist/bin
./prottest3 -h
```


  回显显示信息如下图所示。
