# 编译和安装

#### 操作步骤

1. 使用PuTTY工具，以root用户登录服务器。
2. 执行以下命令安装相关依赖。

```
yum install -y patch
```


3. 执行以下命令进入目录解压安装包。

```
cd /path/to/rmblast
tar -xvf ncbi-blast-2.10.0+-src.tar.gz
gunzip isb-2.10.0+-rmblast.patch.gz
cd ncbi-blast-2.10.0+-src
patch -p1 < ../isb-2.10.0+-rmblast.patch
cd c++
```


4. 执行以下命令修改配置文件。

```
vim src/build-system/configure
```


  将8236~8238行注释，加入8239~8243行，修改后如下：

5. 执行以下命令生成编译文件。

```
./configure --with-mt --without-debug --without-krb5 --without-openssl --with-projects=scripts/projects/rmblastn/project.lst --prefix=/path/to/rmblast/rmblast_install
```


6. 执行以下命令进行编译。

```
make -j64
make install
```
