# 运行和验证

#### 操作步骤

1. 使用PuTTY工具，以root用户登录服务器。
2. 下载测试算例包“POST_GATK_DATA.zip”。
3. 使用SFTP工具将测试算例包上传至服务器“/path/to/TEST”路径下。
4. 执行以下命令解压算例包。

```
cd
/path/to/TEST
unzip POST_GATK_DATA.zip
```


5. 执行以下命令，用XHMM合并GATK覆盖深度输出的多个样本（在同一位点）。

```
xhmm --mergeGATKdepths -o ./DATA.RD.txt \
--GATKdepths group1.DATA.sample_interval_summary \
--GATKdepths group2.DATA.sample_interval_summary \
--GATKdepths group3.DATA.sample_interval_summary
```


  运行结果如下：
