# 运行和验证

#### 操作步骤

1. 使用PyTTY工具，以root用户登录服务器。
2. 执行以下命令进入AMAS目录。

```
cd
/path/to/AMAS
/AMAS/amas
```


3. 执行以下命令运行测试用例，无错误输出即成功。

```
python3 AMAS.py concat -f fasta -d dna -i ../tests/fasta1.fas -u nexus
```
