#### 操作步骤

1. 执行以下命令下载minimap2源码包。

```
cd
/path/to
/athena_meta/dependences
git clone https://github.com/lh3/minimap2
```


2. 执行以下命令编译安装。

```
cd minimap2
make arm_neno=1 aarch64=1
```
