# 安装PNETCDF

#### 操作步骤

1. 下载PNETCDF安装包“pnetcdf-1.12.3.tar.gz”。
  下载地址：https://parallel-netcdf.github.io/Release/pnetcdf-1.12.3.tar.gz(https://parallel-netcdf.github.io/Release/pnetcdf-1.12.3.tar.gz)

2. 使用SFTP工具将名称安装包上传至服务器“/path/to/PNETCDF/src”目录。
3. 执行以下命令进入目录解压安装包。

```
cd
/path/to/PNETCDF/src
tar -xvf pnetcdf-1.12.3.tar.gz
cd pnetcdf-1.12.3
```


4. 执行以下命令生成编译文件。

```
export CC=mpicc CXX=mpicxx FC=mpifort
./configure --prefix=
/path/to/PNETCDF/install
--build=aarch64-linux --enable-shared --enable-fortran --enable-large-file-test
```


5. 执行以下命令编译安装。

```
make -j
make install
```
