# 运行和验证

#### 操作步骤

1. 使用PuTTY工具，以root用户登录服务器。
2. 执行以下命令，进入安装bin目录。

```
cd
/path/to/tRNAscan-SE/tRNAscan-SE_install
/bin
```


3. 执行以下命令，运行tRNAscan-SE。

```
./tRNAscan-SE
```


  结果回显如下，表明程序正常运行。
