视频编码 模块提供指令流服务端引擎正常运行所需要调用的外部视频编码接口，由二次开发者实现，并以动态链接库的形式提供。其动态库的名字为：

libVideoEncoder.so，需实现的接口定义请参见《指令流引擎 API参考(https://www.hikunpeng.com/document/detail/zh/kunpengboostkithistory/230RC2/armnative/kunpengcpsinstruction_17_0018.html)》的“指令流服务端引擎依赖的视频编码接口”章节。
