Meanwhile, KSL_ASN1 remains backward compatible with the integrated method of the legacy KSL package. You can choose to use the independent package or continue using it through the KSL package based on actual requirements. Added support for generating code skeletons based on input ASN.1. Added support for the OCTET STRING syntax of open-source ASN.1. Updated Usage Description, Specifications, Data Structures, and Interface Parameters.

Document splitting: KSL_ASN1-related content is split from the Kunpeng System Library Developer Guide and Kunpeng System Library Release Notes. Its code is integrated in the Kunpeng System Library (KSL). Open-sourced the source code of the KHSEL, kpglibc, and AVX2KI sub-libraries, provided their source packages on the GitCode platform, and released the corresponding documents in the open-source community. Released KQMalloc binaries on the GitCode platform and published the corresponding documents in the open-source community.
