(Optional) Installing ACL

ACL acceleration optimizes the performance of tasks such as deep learning in the Arm architecture. To enable ACL acceleration, install the ACL compilation tool scons using the yum source.

Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
Install scons.
```
yum install scons
```
