Introduction

This document describes how to develop OpenClaw on Kunpeng servers, including source code build, packaging, and development verification.

OpenClaw is built based on Node.js and adopts the "local-first" architecture. It combines the capabilities of large language models with a secure and controllable local execution environment through a four-layer model: Chat, Channels, Gateway, and Skills. OpenClaw plays a core role in the agent system, responsible for key tasks such as instruction parsing, task breakdown, and cross-platform tool invocation. Deploying OpenClaw on Kunpeng servers not only enables smooth migration with zero code modification thanks to its Node.js-based cross-platform features, but also fully leverages the heterogeneous computing power of the Kunpeng 920 multi-core processor.
