Environment Requirements
This document uses Safetensors 0.7.0 as an example to describe how to compile and build Safetensors on openEuler 24.03 LTS SP3. In addition, this section describes other environments supported by source code build verification.

The source code build backend of Safetensors 0.7.0 is maturin, which requires Python 3.9 or later and the Rust toolchain. By default, Python 3.9.9 in openEuler 22.03 LTS SP4 meets the Python version requirements of Safetensors 0.7.0.
