Installing bcache-tools

Install the dependency package libblkid-devel.
```
yum install libblkid-devel
```

Download bcache-tools from the following link:
https://github.com/g2p/bcache-tools/tree/v1.0.8
Compile and install bcache-tools.
```
make && make install
```
