Collecting Latest Logs

Use the file transfer function of the service flow to save the server log files to the local host. The omnidata-server.log file in the selected OmniData log directory is collected to a local directory. The default log directory is run/haf_user/omnidata/log/omnidata-server.log in the HAF installation directory. If you have specified a log directory, change the default directory to the specified one.

Collecting All Logs

1. Pack log files.

   If you need to download all log files, pack the log directory and then use SmartKit to collect logs. In the following figure, /home/omm/haf-target/run/haf_user/omnidata/log is the log directory of the OmniData service. Replace it with the actual one.

   

2. Download log files.
