Uninstalling OmniOperator Locally

Perform the following steps on the management node and all compute nodes. Ensure that no task is being executed on the OmniOperator upper-layer engine.

Delete the configuration file, dependency SO files, and OmniOperator files. For details about how to uninstall the HMPP dependencies, see 3. The following uses the /opt/omni-operator/conf and /opt/omni-operator/lib installation directories as an example.

  1. Delete the conf folder.
    rm -rf /opt/omni-operator/conf
  2. Go to the /opt/omni-operator/lib directory and delete the dependency SO files and OmniOperator files.
    cd /opt/omni-operator/lib
    rm -rf libjemalloc.so.2 libLLVM-15.so
    rm -rf include libboostkit-omniop* boostkit-omniop* libsecurec.so
  3. Use vim to open the ~/.bashrc file and delete the LD_LIBRARY_PATH information of OmniOperator from the file to update environment variables.
    1. Open the ~/.bashrc file.
      vim ~/.bashrc
    2. Press i to enter the insert mode. Delete the LD_LIBRARY_PATH information of OmniOperator.
    3. Press Esc, type :wq!, and press Enter to save the file and exit.
    4. Update the environment variables.
      source ~/.bashrc
