Nodes Cannot Be Added to the Yarn Cluster for Management
Symptom
After Yarn's retry mechanism for automatically starting a faulty node fails, the faulty node fails to be re-added using the fault recovery method to the Yarn cluster for management. In addition, new nodes cannot be added to the original Yarn cluster for management.

Manually restart the OCKD process on a node to add the node to the cluster. However, it cannot be added to the original Yarn resource management cluster.
