Inter-TA Access in a Container

Case No.	4.2.14
Test Objective	Verify that the TEE OS supports inter-TA access in a container.
Test Networking	See Test Networking.
Prerequisites	The iTrustee OS has been deployed. The confidential OS has been deployed.
Test Procedure	Start CA 1 and TA 1 based on the image. Start CA 2 and TA 2 based on the image. Access TA 2 from TA 1.
Expected Result	TA 1 accesses TA 2 successfully.
