Software Environment

Before deploying HW265Enc on openEuler 22.03 LTS SP4, obtain the required software packages from the addresses provided in this section and verify the integrity of the software packages provided by Huawei.

Obtaining Software Packages

The software requirements of HW265Enc are shown in Table 1. Use the recommended software packages to deploy HW265Enc.

Verifying Software Package Integrity

To prevent software packages from being maliciously tampered with during transfer or storage, download also the corresponding digital signature files for integrity verification while downloading the software packages from the Huawei enterprise website.

Obtain the software packages listed in Table 1.
Obtain the verification tool and guide from the Huawei enterprise website.
Based on the OpenPGP Signature Verification Guide obtained in Step 2, verify the PGP digital signature of the software packages.
- If the verification fails, do not use the software packages. Contact Huawei technical support.
- Before using or upgrading the software package, verify its digital signature to ensure that the software package is not tampered with.
