If this problem occurs occasionally, only VM startup is affected. You can restart the confidential VM.

It is confirmed that the issue is caused by open-source components and depends on the maintainers of the open-source community for fixing. There is no specific solution.

This problem occurs only when a confidential VM is launched on a host and guest running openEuler 24.03 SP1.
