The Kunpeng 920 processor provides the multi-core architecture and an acceleration engine KAE, delivering excellent high-concurrency processing capabilities. Open Ecosystem
The Kunpeng BoostKit for CDN supports the following common open source CDN components:
- Layer 4 load balancing: LVS
- Layer 7 load balancing: Nginx and Tengine
- Cache management: Squid, Varnish, and ATS
High Performance
The KAE provided by the Kunpeng 920 processes the RSA2048 asymmetric encryption and decryption algorithms during the HTTPS processing, which is formerly processed by CPUs. The KAE delivers 1x higher HTTPS processing performance than software computing. More CPU resources are released for service processing.
The multi-core architecture of Kunpeng 920, multi-core scheduling optimization algorithm, and Huawei-developed high-speed storage drives improve the performance of CDN cache services with high throughput, low latency, and high concurrency.
