KAE RSA encryption and decryption

When Nginx is used to process HTTPS requests, enable the SSL module to allow the Kunpeng RSA acceleration engine to accelerate RSA-based asymmetric encryption and decryption during the SSL/TLS handshake process in HTTPS request processing.

• Supported OSs: CentOS 7.6 and openEuler 20.03 LTS SP1.
• Other requirements: Asymmetric encryption algorithm RSA supports synchronous and asynchronous modes and key sizes 1024, 2048, 3072, and 4096.

KAE RSA encryption and decryption can be used in virtualization scenarios. VMs share the RSA acceleration capability of the physical machine where the VMs are located. However, due to the performance limitation of a single VM, the RSA acceleration capability of the physical machine cannot be fully utilized. The performance improvement result depends on the VM specifications.
