    1. On a server connected to the Internet, download https://download.qemu.org/qemu-4.0.0.tar.xz.
    2. Copy the downloaded source package to the target server path.

    Run the following command to download the RPM source package:

    wget https://libvirt.org/sources/libvirt-5.6.0-1.fc30.src.rpm
  • Get offline
    1. On a server connected to the Internet, download https://libvirt.org/sources/libvirt-5.6.0-1.fc30.src.rpm.
    2. Copy the downloaded source package to the target server path.

You are advised to install Infrastructure Server or Server with GUI for the OS.

When installing an OS, select Minimal Install and then Development Tools to minimize manual operations.
