Checking Hardware Validity

Before installing and deploying the KVM environment, ensure that:

  1. The hardware (including servers and NICs) is in the Kunpeng server compatibility list.
  2. The OS is in the Kunpeng server compatibility list and supports KVM. This document uses CentOS 7.6 and openEuler 20.03 as examples.
  3. The software (including the BIOS and BMC) is the latest version released on the Huawei enterprise website.
