Environment Requirements

This section describes the hardware and software requirements of the server to be optimized.

Kunpeng virtualization loss optimization is applicable to VMs with 4 vCPUs and 8 GB memory or 32 vCPUs and 64 GB memory.

Table 1 lists the hardware requirements.

Memory	Populate one DIMM Per Channel (1DPC) to maximize the memory performance. That is, populate all DIMM 0 slots first.
