Exception Occurs When Starting the Docker Service After Configuring docker.service

Symptom

The Docker binary installation package does not contain the docker.service file, and the startup of the Docker service is abnormal after docker.service is configured.

Key Process and Cause Analysis

docker.service needs to be configured separately for the Docker binary installation package service.
