Avago 3408iMR RAID Controller Card Does Not Support SMMU

Symptom

The Avago 3408iMR RAID controller card does not support SMMU.

Cause Analysis

Avago SAS3408iMR has no built-in DDR and needs to apply for host memory. If SMMU is enabled, the device initiates host memory address access and SMMU address translation is required. However, ARM does not support functions similar to x86 ACPI DMA RMRR. As a result, the 3408 card cannot use the host memory when the SMMU is enabled, and the device cannot be started.
