Upgrading GCC

To avoid errors during compilation and installation, the GCC version must be 5.3 or later. If the GCC version is earlier than 5.3, upgrade it.

1. View the GCC version.

   1	gcc --version

   

2. Optional: Upgrade GCC. For details, see Upgrading GCC.
