DevKit-Sys-Perf

• Added the scoring mechanism for NUMA refined analysis, and deleted the bandwidth monitoring mode and memory access hotspots.
• Associated hotspot function analysis and miss event analysis with the source code.
• Rebuilt resource scheduling analysis to implement functions such as cold flame analysis, scheduling statistics by process and CPU, and configuration information display.
• Allowed hotspot function analysis, microarchitecture analysis, I/O analysis, memory access statistics analysis, miss event analysis, and NUMA refined analysis tasks to be terminated during the collection or analysis.
