How to Install an OS on Kunpeng Servers

  • For scenarios involving a small quantity of servers, you can use Smart Provisioning to install the OS or directly install the OS in the DVD-ROM or ISO file.

    For details about installation using Smart Provisioning, see Smart Provisioning User Guide (AArch64).

    For details about direct installation, see Huawei Server OS Installation Guide.

  • For scenarios involving a large quantity of servers, you are advised to use SmartKit to batch install the OS. For details, see SmartKit Computing 24.1.0.4 User Guide.
  • If you have your own PXE or require PXE installation, contact Huawei technical support.
