GCC for openEuler

GCC for openEuler is developed based on the open source GCC 12.3.1 version (https://gcc.gnu.org, released in May 2023) and has been optimized and improved. It implements in-depth software and hardware co-optimization, and explores the ultimate performance in fields such as OpenMP, Scalable Vector Extension (SVE), and math library. It is a high-performance compiler for Kunpeng 920 processors (Arm architecture) on Linux.
