kml_v_?_interp2d_eval_deriv_xy_e

Return the partial derivative of the interpolation function at a given point (x, y). The interpolation object interp and data arrays xarr, yarr, and zarr are used in the calculation. Ensure that the x array is within the range of xarr or the y array is within the range of yarr.
