Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the Abyss installation package abyss-2.2.4.tar.gz.

   https://github.com/bcgsc/abyss/archive/2.2.4.tar.gz

2. Download the dependency package boost_1_56_0.tar.bz2.

   http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/boost/boost/1.56.0/boost_1_56_0.tar.bz2

3. Download the test case package test-data.tar.gz.

   https://www.bcgsc.ca/platform/bioinfo/software/abyss/releases/1.3.4/test-data.tar.gz

4. Use an SFTP tool to upload the Abyss installation package to the /path/to/ABYSS directory on the server.
5. Use an SFTP tool to upload the Boost dependency package to the /path/to/BOOST directory on the server.
6. Use an SFTP tool to upload the Abyss test case package to the /path/to/TESTCASE directory on the server.
