Procedure

1. Download the Beagle package beagle.27Apr20.b81.jar.

2. Download the tool package bref3.27Apr20.b81.jar for converting VCF files to Bref3 files.

3. Download the tool package unbref3.27Apr20.b81.jar for converting Bref3 files to VCF files.

4. Download the test file test.27Apr20.b81.vcf.gz.

5. Use an SFTP tool to upload the downloaded installation package to the /path/to/BEAGLE directory on the server.
