Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the bioconductor-manta installation package manta_1.32.0.tar.gz.

   http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/3.10/bioc/src/contrib/manta_1.32.0.tar.gz

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the bioconductor-manta installation package to the /path/to/bioconductor-manta directory on the server.
