Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the BLAST installation package ncbi-blast-2.9.0+-src.tar.gz.

   https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/blast+/2.9.0/

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the BLAST installation package to the path/to/BLAST directory on the server.
